The harness protocol for
AI that acts.

We build domain-specific harnesses: intelligent units that sit inside or between your business processes, read their state, decide, and act—through typed context protocols, a privacy-filtered backend, and decision policies that hold up in production.

We are currently building our infrastructure. Stay tuned for updates.

01 / THE HARNESSED ORCHESTRATOR

Stop hoping your AI does the right thing. Put it in a harness and a protocol.

Most AI features today rely on "hope"—a model, a database, and a hopeful paragraph of instructions. It works in a demo, but then the model reads a field it shouldn't have seen, invents a record that doesn't exist, or takes an action nobody approved.

The fix isn't a better prompt. It's a harness. Agent = model + harness. The model is rented intelligence; the harness is everything around it that turns intelligence into work—and it is what you actually own. The Harnessed Orchestrator is that harness: the core brain that controls the loop of information exchange between humans, models, and tools. It evaluates the current state, decides the next step, and executes operations through tools.

A domain-specific harness is that unit built for one of your processes: the tools are your operations, the policy is your manual, the checkpoints are where you want a human, and every run leaves a trail. Place it inside a process to take over a manual step, or between two processes to run the handoff that today is an email, a spreadsheet, or a phone call. Once it sits there, the process is systematized by necessity.

Think of Claude Code as the best-in-class example: the domain-specific harness for software engineering, whose tools are read, write, edit, bash, grep, and glob. We build the same architecture for your domain. The harness provides the powerful loop of information exchange and raw capabilities; the protocol below ensures those capabilities only touch what they are authorized to touch. Together, they form an autonomous operator you can trust.

02 / THE MCP BOUNDARY

The protocol the harness acts through. Secure, structured, fast.

The harness decides what to do; the protocol governs what it can touch. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) provides a secure, structured bridge between the harness, your AI models, and your business data and operations:

  • Safety & Privacy: The LLM never executes code directly. It can only request tool operations that the MCP Server strictly validates and routes, meaning sensitive information is scrubbed or never leaves your infrastructure.
  • Structured Interactions (Speed): Capabilities are defined as predictable JSON in/out interfaces. The AI must follow your exact schema, structurally eliminating hallucinations and dramatically improving execution speed.
  • Compute Efficiency: By controlling exactly what the model processes and avoiding unnecessary tokens, you save massive amounts of compute and reduce latency.

The commercial power of a harnessed loop over MCP is simple: it allows you to finally trust AI in production environments, turning experimental features into robust, scalable, and safe enterprise solutions.
